At Barefoot Sands, sink your bare feet into sand that is as white as snow and soft as sugar-like powder. Immerse yourself in the emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Explore all that Scenic 30A has to offer including the four pristine state parks, a state forest and gardens. Hike or bike along 200 miles of trails, winding along the coast and thorough the piney flatwoods. Play golf at several nearby courses, go fishing, take a nature tour, play tennis, go to a spa or just sit on the beach with a good book. Come to Barefoot Sands to experience the simple joys of this extraordinary setting.

Barefoot Sands is located beachside of Scenic 30A, just a very short walk to the beach (see location map) - takes about three minutes. We are in the private, gated Sandy Shores neighborhood in Seacrest Beach adjacent to Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach - walking distance to all the numerous shops and restaurants offered by all three communities. Our street is gated, has little traffic and is safe for your kids to ride their bikes and play.

Our 6-bedroom, 6-bath house sleeps 18 and our 18 x 30 pool is heated (with fee.) We provide wireless internet and are non-smoking.

Our upscale beach home provides six bedrooms, and six baths (one is a jack and jill). Two of the bedrooms have king beds and private baths. The other bedrooms include one with two sets of bunk beds, one with twin beds, one with two queen beds, one queen on the bottom floor (ideal for physically challenged person)- all with private baths and TVs. Plus, the sofa opens to sleep two more. A queen size air mattress is available upon request.

The living areas on the first floor are spacious and comfortable with aqua blue walls and beach colored tones. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances and kitchenware that you'll need - plus cups, dishes, glasses, etc. The dining area has a glass table that seats 8-10 comfortably. Or..choose to eat out by the pool. Enjoy gulf views and breezes from the balconies off the second and third floors.

The huge, private pool is directly outside the kitchen (see photo), is private and, most importantly, is fence-enclosed for both privacy and security (can be locked.) The house has three covered decks and plenty of chairs and loungers around the pool and on the decks. A gas grill sits right outside the kitchen door, adjacent to the pool - a perfect location to cook out your hamburgers or steaks.

Our house is perfect for family and friends to relax and enjoy, whether you want to sit on the beach or by the pool, bike on over 200 miles of trails, play golf or tennis, shop, enjoy a leisurely stroll, or just sit and watch the world go by.
